Just to introduce me Mick and Duke.
I got Duke from the RSPCA rescue about 7 weeks ago he is a Doberman X about 2 years old. He was starved by his previous owner and the subject of a court case.
He is my first dog after 30 years without one due to working full time, having owned dogs for about 20 years previously including a super working Lab gun dog that I trained.
He settled into his new home straight away with no major issues. He appears to have had some obedience training, but does need socialising with other dogs and recall training, oh and he hates cats
.
He loves attention is normally well behaved and will do anything if food is involved. He is very responsive to training and I think he could make a superb agility dog.
He is the spitting image of Sam who I met at the open day at Oakwood
I hope to get him booked into some classes at Oakwood in the very near future.
